Sunday BBQ

Hannah had her friend Roger over for a BBQ today. They'll be in daycare together this Fall.

Hello Helmet

We took Hannah to her consultation with the specialist at Children's this morning, and she is getting a helmet. We definitely expected it, so the news wasn't too hard to take. She'll be getting her pink helmet in 2-3 weeks. Good news is, we don't have to worry as much about baby proofing because she will always be wearing protective head gear!

Hearing Update

Hannah passed her hearing test with flying colors! The tests took just under 30 minutes and she was so patient. I was very impressed!

Day with Daddy

Hannah had a great first Father's Day! She loved getting to spend so much time with her daddy - she thinks he is hilarious! Jordan always gets the biggest smiles and best laughs. Definitely a daddy's girl!

Lovey

Hannah just loves her lovey!!! She snuggles with it all of the time (and occasionally tries to eat it).

Pool Party

Hannah and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and we went "swimming". The water definitely kept getting warmer - time to invest in swim diapers! (Photo credit to Jordan - he's whining because he didn't get a mention)

Day at the Doctor

Hannah went for her four month check up today and is 12lbs 1oz (10th %) and 24.25 in (50th%). I can't believe how tall she is!

Unfortunately, our doctor thinks that she definitely needs a helmet, so we will be going for a consult and most likely a fitting next Friday. Poor little flat headed baby!

We are also growing increasingly concerned over Hannah's hearing. Our doctor did a few tests in the office today and thinks she may have a hearing deficit. We are taking her to Beaumont for a hearing test next week. Jordan is blaming my genes...

After the doctor, I took Hannah to my office and she hung out with my co-worker's son, Keller. Apparently Hannah thinks Keller is pretty handsome because she couldn't stop drooling.

Charli's Baptism

Hannah and I went to our first baptism today for her friend Charli. Brooke was there too, and we got some great pictures of the girls all dressed up.

4 Months Old!

Hannah is 4 months old today! While she still has no interest in moving, she is quite the talker. She focuses all of her energy on developing her vocabulary, instead of rolling over or crawling. Hannah babbles constantly and frequently says "hi".

She has her 4 month check up next week, so I'll give you an update on height and weight soon. Her little head is still very flat, so we have a consultation with a specialist at Children's in two weeks. Hopefully she won't need a helmet, but I'd rather that than have her go through life with an odd shaped head. I'll keep you posted...
