Flower Girl Debut

Hannah made her first appearance as flower girl last night at MG and Trisha's wedding, and she was fantastic!  Our expectation was tears and hearing a lot of "no's", but she was all business.  She walked down the aisle by herself, straight for the bridesmaid with animal cracker bribes in her pocket.  She held her special flower girl bear - such a great idea! - and would have stood at the front with the bridesmaids the whole time if we let her.  Unfortunately, she was milking the attention a bit too much, and he didn't want her taking away from the bride and groom's big day.  When it was time for pictures, she marched right up to Trisha and MG and just stood with them the entire time. She actually looked disappointed when her pictures were finished.  It was a wonderful night, and Hannah really enjoyed herself.  Looking forward to her next walk down the aisle this May.

Crazy Weekend

We have such a busy weekend, but all good things!  Today we went to the lake and I got some pictures of Hannah enjoying the fantastic "fall" weather and the fallen leaves.  Tomorrow, we have a haircut for Hannah in the morning, then swimming, a nap, and tomorrow evening Hannah makes her flower girl debut.  We will be shocked if she makes it down the aisle, but are keeping our fingers crossed.  We will be sure to get lots of pictures!

Hannah and Charli showed off what they learned in school this weekend as we were leaving swimming class.  Too cute!  Thanks for shooting the video, Dom.

Happy (Jewish) New Year!

Hannah got all dressed up to go to services with daddy this morning.  She's apparently very religious - doesn't get that from her mom.  Tonight we went to Grandma Joanie's for dinner, and Hannah loved her chicken soup and black olives.  She does get her strange eating habits from me!

South Haven Family Weekend

We went to South Haven with Jordan's family this weekend, and had such a nice time.  The weather didn't cooperate for swimming, but we walked through South Haven and Saugatuck, went to an apple orchard, made smores at the campfire and played around the house and the beach.  Hannah is exhausted from all of the action, and trying to keep up with her 6 older cousins and baby Macy.  Thanks for a great weekend, Linda and Sid!
