Class Pictures
Hannah had so many great photos this year that we had a hard time picking. Ella on the other hand pulled her pony tails out just before pictures and is having a hard time smiling on command. There is always next year!

Zoo Boo 2014
We had a great night at Zoo Boo with the Brawer/Solway/Sage/Butterwick/Borman clan. Jordan and I got to relax and enjoy the night since we had 11 adults to chip in on chasing the kids. Ella decided to skip part of the trick or treating to ride the carousel, and Hannah got a ride on Alex's shoulders and was sure she was the tallest person in the whole Zoo (Alex must be at least 6'4, so she could be right). On the way out, Grandma Joanie even bought them light up toys, so we had two VERY happy little girls. Not surprising, Hannah decided to pass on wearing her costume and decided to be an owl (owl hat + wings). Maybe it will get some use on the 31st...
It was a wonderful night, and so exciting to meet our new cousin Theo. We can't wait to see him again when he is awake!

No School
The girls have been off of school for conferences since Wednesday, so they got a day with Mina (lots of arts and crafts), a day with Softa (Java Jungle), and a day with me. For our day, we were busy! 8am art projects, 10am visit to Mina, 11am birthday party at airtime, 1pm lunch at Melting Pot and 3pm pumpkin carving/decorating with Sam. We finished the night with a family dinner at OHOP. It was such a great day!

Trip to the Trieu's
We spent the weekend with the Trieu's and packed a lot in! We spent the first night at a Japanese steakhouse that had a cool rainbow wall feature that the kids loved. We had a great cook, and the food was delicious! The kids played when we got home, ate carrots (we only buy baby carrots, so full size carrots amazed my kids), and then hung suggested we roast marshmallows. Avery and Hannah decided just to eat theirs "raw," but then 45 minutes later Ella still had hers. When I asked why, she said she was saving them for roasting - poor Ella! Ella and Avery decided to have a sleepover, but Ella never fell asleep so it didn't last. On Saturday we went to the Indianapolis Children's Museum, and Hannah wore one of Avery's dresses so they could match. Rachael even gave them matching French braids. We explored the preschool playscape that had a great water table, ball area and a huge climbing structure. We also checked out a race car, an Asian dancing show, the carousel and a dinosaur dig. It is such an amazing museum, and we always leave wishing we had more time to explore. After nap, we headed to Melting Pot for Avery's first fondue experience while the boys played golf and grabbed dinner. All three girls loved it! We are so sad the Trieu's live so far away because it is always so nice when we are together. The kids had a blast together, and Hannah is completely smitten with Hung. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Trieu and can't wait to visit again.
