I will be 37 weeks on Friday which is considered full term. I can't believe that she will be here so soon! At my doctor appointment yesterday I found out that they won't let me go past 40 weeks, so at most I have another 3.5 weeks to go - less than 25 days!!!
I had my weekly nonstress test yesterday and everything went well. Baby B is still active and her heart rate is good. I scheduled my next growth ultrasound for mid-February, but she may already be here by then! I'm still feeling great, and not too big so it's still pretty easy to get around. When I flip over in bed at night, I do feel like a beached whale though... It is really hard to get the momentum to flip over these days, and Jordan and Sadie don't make it any easier! I guess it's good that Jordan wouldn't let me get a second dog because there is no room left in our bed.
The nursery is now ready - we went on a huge shopping spree this weekend and the house looks like a giant playroom. Every room seems to have been taken over by baby gear. We washed the rest of her clothes/linens and installed her monitor this weekend. After a long debate, we decided on a color video monitor so whenever she fusses we can just pick up the monitor and make sure everything is ok. Hopefully it'll give us peace of mind and save us trips up and down the stairs.

Going Strong at the 10th Percentile!
Just got back from Beaumont and Baby B is still 10th percentile for size. We are in good shape - looks like I could be going full term! She is now 5.1 lbs, and blood flow, amniotic fluid and heart rate were all good. What a relief!

Baby Shower Weekend
We had our shower this weekend and it was incredible! The hostesses did an amazing job - they even bought onesies in all different sizes for everyone to decorate. Baby B has enough personalized onesies to wear a different one each day for a year! I am so lucky to have such wonderful friends and family. We spent the afternoon setting up all of the baby's new things and we can't wait for her to get here so we can put it all to use!

Snowy Day
This snow is never ending! It's been a pretty productive day since we've been stuck at home. We finished washing all of Baby B's clothes, organized her closet and packed our bag for the hospital. It's crazy to think she could be here so soon!
Sadie is enjoying the snow - shockingly she likes to eat it.

The Countdown Begins
I'm 34 weeks, and it's looking like there is a chance that Baby B will make an early debut. At my last check up, my fundal growth (measurement of the uterus) was less than expected so we had an ultrasound to check on the baby this past Monday. She has dropped from the 28th percentile, to just under the 11th percentile. When a baby is less than the 10th percentile is when they start to get concerned, so since we are now borderline I will be spending a lot more time at the doctor's office! We have weekly visits so they can make sure that she doesn't lose any more ground in the growth department. I also have a non-stress test scheduled, as well as a follow-up ultrasound at Beaumont in 2 weeks. If she continues to drop on the growth curve, I may be on bed rest, or she may need to be delivered early. Thankfully, she is already 34 weeks and weighs in at 4.2lbs so we should be in pretty good shape. Her heart rate and blood flow were both strong and she moves non-stop - aside from being small she is a healthy girl. The ultrasound pictures aren't worth posting - she is so scrunched up now that it is difficult to see anything.
We still don't have furniture, but it is shipping out tomorrow and should be delivered by the end of next week. I want to get the nursery finished just in case we don't make it to the end of February. Jordan is going to wash all of her clothes and linens this weekend so I can take it easy. Poor Jordan has a HUGE to do list!

Baby Goes to Boca
I am now 32 weeks pregnant, and have learned why winter babies are the best! We are in Florida visiting Grandma Joanie, and I am so swollen from the heat that I can't even wear my wedding ring. We bought a fake ring at the flea market so that I don't look like a knocked up teenager... It's actually not bad - a nice 2 carat solitaire with side baguettes.
Here are some new belly shots - only 8 weeks to go!
