Scooting Around

Hannah has finally figured out scooting, and I think we are in for trouble. Today she scooted to the wall and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to remove the outlet covers from the walls. She still gets frustrated when something is far away, but can eventually get there. I just have to learn to let her deal with the frustration, instead of giving things to her. She even crawled a few feet today without falling!

Celebrating the Holiday

Hannah had her first Yom Kippur and decided to try her first Jewish food to celebrate. She LOVED her teething bagel! And Sadie was a big fan too. Nothing beats a teething bagel, except for a teething bagel WITH drool. Sadie was ecstatic when Hannah finally dropped it.

A Week of Firsts

Well, Hannah had a week of firsts.

She had her first cold, which we at first thought was teething, but realized was a cold after we all caught it... She is still congested, but not too bad. It seems to be going around because a few of her friends had it as well.

Hannah also had her first trip to the Franklin Cider Mill with my friends Emily and Linde. She was furious that we wouldn't share our cider and donuts with her. Maybe next year. Thank goodness we brought puffs or we definitely would have had a tantrum. She was a big fan of the witch at the cider mill, I can't wait for Halloween!

Hannah at School

Hannah's teacher sent us some new pictures of her at school - we are THRILLED with her day care and are so lucky to have such a great teacher. She really loves her kids, and it is really nice for Hannah that her two friends, Roger and Charli, are in her group (they are in groups of four assigned to one teacher). Hannah really loves "playing" with her friends and has the best time at school.

Playing Outside

Hannah and I took advantage of the Fall weather and played outside this morning. She really just wanted to eat the grass and flowers.

We went to Children's on Friday for a helmet appointment, and they were very happy with her progress. We go back in two more months.

Eating Puffs

Here is Hannah eating puffs, or at least trying to eat puffs. More end up in her hair than in her mouth... definitely time for a bath.
